  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar or white grape juice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill

Instructions

  1. Slice radishes into thin rounds and quarter the red onion.
  2. In a large bowl, mix sliced radishes, onions, pickled jalapeños, and minced garlic.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar (or white grape juice), sugar, salt, mustard seeds, celery seeds, and dill.
