  • 4 cups dry stuffing mix
  • 1 quart turkey stock
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 ½ cups diced onion
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine 3 cups stuffing mix with 2 cups turkey stock; let soak.
  3. Sauté onion, celery, garlic, and seasoning in butter until softened; cool.
  4. Process remaining stuffing mix into crumbs.
  5. Mix soaked stuffing, beaten eggs, ground turkey, salt, and pepper gently.
  6. Fold in sautéed vegetables and processed crumbs until just combined.
  7. Shape mixture into a loaf on a lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes until internal temperature reaches 155°F.
