  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 34 fresh mint leaves (+ more for garnish)
  • 2 large strawberries (stems removed)
  • ice cubes
  • 1 ounce alcohol-free vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoons simple syrup
  • splash of tonic water

Instructions

  1. Rim your glass with sugar by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and rolling it in granulated sugar.
  2. Muddle mint leaves in the glass to release oils, then add chopped strawberries and muddle again.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
