  • 67 crispy chicken tenders
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 6 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 package frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
  • ½ cup salsa
  • ½ cup milk
  • 3 Tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven and bake the crispy chicken tenders according to the package instructions until golden brown.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, milk, salsa, taco seasoning, and cumin until smooth.
  3. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and sauté thawed corn until golden.
  4. Cut baked chicken into strips and assemble each tortilla by spreading southwest dressing followed by romaine lettuce, tomatoes, black beans, corn, and chicken.
