  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk

  3. Press about one tablespoon of the crust mixture into each liner and bake for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together key lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, and egg yolks until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling into each crust almost to the top and bake for 12-15 minutes until just set.
  6. Cool completely on a wire rack before refrigerating for at least 2-3 hours.
  7. Serve chilled with optional homemade whipped cream on top.
