  • 1 Tablespoon Mild Tasting Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Cotija Cheese (crumbled)
  • 1/3 Cup Fresh Cilantro
  • Lime wedges

Instructions
