  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 11 ½ cups chopped frozen raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually combine with wet ingredients until just mixed.
