  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  2. Gradually add the flour and salt, kneading the mixture into a soft dough.
  3. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries to maintain their shape.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm spot for 4–6 hours until doubled in size.
  5. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased pan. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown.
