  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice; blend well.
