  • 4 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked (165°F/75°C).
