- 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 mango, diced
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked (165°F/75°C).
