  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced chicken
  • 3 ounces turkey pepperoni
  • 4 ounces provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350˚F.
  2. Cut Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the bottoms in a baking dish.
  3. Layer provolone cheese, thinly sliced chicken, turkey pepperoni, and additional turkey slices on the rolls. Replace the tops and slice between each sandwich.
  4. In a bowl, mix butter, grated parmesan, garlic powder, and salt; spread over the sandwich tops.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
  6. Prepare the grinder salad by mixing mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder; toss with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced pepperoncini.
  7. Assemble sliders with grinder salad before serving.
