  • 14 oz young potatoes (or regular potatoes)

  • 3235 oz vegetable or chicken stock
  • 79 oz heavy cream
  • 1 large bunch fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
