  • 2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (for filling)
  • 28 mini chocolate sandwich cookies (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and melted butter in a bowl until resembling wet sand.
  2. Divide the mixture into 28 plastic cups and press firmly to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract, whipping until fluffy.
  5. Gently fold in crushed cookies.
  6. Pipe the filling into each cup until three-quarters full.
  7. Top with mini cookies or additional crumbs.
  8. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
