Ingredients

  • 1 pound rotini pasta
  • 34 drops red and blue liquid food coloring
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed or pearls
  • 3/4 cup turkey pepperoni, quartered
  • 1/2 cup chopped black olives
  • 1 (16-ounce) bottle Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini according to package instructions until al dente. Rinse under cold water.
  2. Combine red and blue food coloring with water in separate bowls; mix into cooled pasta until evenly colored.
  3. In a large bowl, combine colored pasta, olive oil, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, turkey pepperoni, and black olives.
  4. Pour Italian dressing over the mixture and toss gently to coat.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
