- 1 pound rotini pasta
- 3–4 drops red and blue liquid food coloring
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed or pearls
- 3/4 cup turkey pepperoni, quartered
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
- 1 (16-ounce) bottle Italian dressing
- Cook rotini according to package instructions until al dente. Rinse under cold water.
- Combine red and blue food coloring with water in separate bowls; mix into cooled pasta until evenly colored.
- In a large bowl, combine colored pasta, olive oil, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, turkey pepperoni, and black olives.
- Pour Italian dressing over the mixture and toss gently to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
