  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1.5 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • Crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch planks, brush with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roast for about 35 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  4. Top each cauliflower plank with marinara sauce, mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan.
