Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix in dry ingredients alternating with sour cream until just combined.
  6. Fold in chopped apples and nuts gently.
