  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee

  • 1 lb baby golden potatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium-high heat, cook diced bacon until crispy; set aside.
  2. Sear beef chunks in the same pot until browned on all sides; then remove.
  3. Sauté onions, carrots, celery, and garlic until softened.
