  • 1/2 cup dry white grape juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach

  2. Prepare the Sauce: In the same pan, sauté minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for about 30 seconds. Add dry white grape juice and simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
  3. Create the Creamy Base: Pour in heavy cream and add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until combined. Add fresh spinach, then return seared salmon to the pan. Simmer together for another 5 minutes until flavors meld.
