  • 8 ounces block-style cream cheese (softened)
  • 20 ounces Ghirardelli white chocolate wafers (divided)
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Crush the Golden Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  2. Mix the cookie crumbs with softened cream cheese and 3 teaspoons of cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into one-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  4. Melt half of the white chocolate wafers according to package instructions.
  5. Dip each truffle in melted chocolate, letting excess drip off, then place back on parchment paper.
  6. Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over truffles before the chocolate sets.
