  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 ½ cups whole cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Fresh thyme sprigs
