  • 1/4 cup toasted pumpkin seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 small grated garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp. honey
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
