  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, brown sugar, vegetable oil, pumpkin puree, and salted caramel until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and pumpkin pie spice.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
