  • 2 pounds salmon fillet
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and remove any bones.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon in a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
  4. Remove salmon from the marinade and discard excess marinade.
  5. Cook on a preheated grill at medium-high heat or bake in an oven at 375°F until cooked through.
