  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to form an herb rub.
  3. Place the turkey breast skin-side up on a wire rack in a roasting pan. Loosen the skin gently and apply some herb rub underneath. Rub the remaining mixture over the skin.
  4. Roast for approximately 20 minutes per pound until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  5. Remove from the oven and let rest covered with aluminum foil for about 15 minutes before slicing.
