  • 11/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a plastic bag and using a rolling pin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened butter until well combined. Pat evenly into the bottom of a greased 9×13 baking pan.
  3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine granulated sugar, milk, and butter. Bring to a boil while stirring gently for one minute. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips and vanilla until melted and smooth.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer in the pan. Allow it to set at room temperature or refrigerate for several hours.
