  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons raspberry syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, cream together unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Stir in milk and raspberry syrup along with the cornstarch-water mixture.
  5. Gently fold in chopped frozen raspberries into the dough.
  6. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
