  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Butter a cast iron skillet or medium casserole dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, salt, and heavy cream until smooth. Pour into prepared dish.
