  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup half-and-half (or non-dairy substitute)
  • 1 cup milk (or non-dairy substitute)
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp minced fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried thyme)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (or nutritional yeast)

Instructions

  1. Cook the orecchiette according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
