  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp unsalted butter
  • 1 yellow onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup dry orzo pasta
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 3 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 5 ounces baby spinach
  • juice from ½ lemon
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; sear salmon fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
