  • 70 grams unsalted butter, room temperature

  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/16 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine melted butter, graham cookie crumbs, brown sugar, lemon zest, and spices; mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into cupcake liners placed in a muffin tin to form the crust; refrigerate while preparing the filling.
