  • 6 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp hot sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Nashville Hot Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp crushed salt & vinegar kettle cooked potato chips
  • 1 Tbsp sliced green onion

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs, then cool, peel, and halve them lengthwise. Remove yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mix yolks with hot sauce, Nashville Hot Seasoning, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and salt until smooth.
  3. Add a dash of hot sauce into each egg white cavity before filling with the creamy mixture.
  4. Combine crushed potato chips with additional seasoning and sprinkle on top for crunch.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
