  • 1 cup kalamata olives (sliced)
  • 1 cup pepperoncinis
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)

  • 6 ounces grated parmesan cheese (to taste)
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp white vinegar (or rice vinegar, or lemon juice)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, dried oregano, black pepper, and sea salt in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Chop romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
