  • 1 ball Easy pizza dough (or store-bought dough)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 small garlic clove, grated
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon fine salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 5 oz fresh mozzarella (or from ½ to cup shredded firm mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to dough instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped parsley, grated garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the dough and spread half the mozzarella on top.
  5. Add your topping mixture and finish with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake according to dough instructions until golden brown (12-15 minutes).
