  • 1 large head of cauliflower (cut into small florets)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, & Italian seasoning to taste
  • Turkey turkey pepperoni (or toppings of choice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the cauliflower florets in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; toss well.
  3. Roast the cauliflower for 20-25 minutes until slightly browned.
  4. Remove from oven and spread marinara sauce over the roasted cauliflower.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning on top.
  6. Add turkey turkey pepperoni or desired toppings.
  7. Bake for an additional 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
