  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced chicken
  • 3 ounces thinly sliced turkey pepperoni
  • 4 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 8 ounces shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place them in a baking dish.
  3. Layer provolone cheese on the bottom, followed by chicken, turkey pepperoni, and turkey slices. Replace the tops of the rolls.
  4. In a bowl, mix butter, parmesan, garlic powder, and salt; spread over the tops of the sliders.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
  6. While baking, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Italian seasoning, lettuce, tomatoes, and pepperoncini for the grinder salad.
  7. Once sliders are baked, assemble by adding grinder salad inside each slider before serving.
