  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Sauté chopped onions and minced garlic until translucent, about 5 minutes.
