  • 1/4 cup white grape juice
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 3/41 lb cooked lobster meat
  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Chives (optional)
  • Lemon (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the diced shallot until fragrant.
  2. Add drained diced tomatoes, fresh parsley, salt, and pepper; cook for 3 minutes.
