  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 cup honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup feta cheese (or low-fat feta/goat cheese)
  • Fresh parsley or mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat chicken in the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, chili flakes, and apple cider vinegar until warm.
  4. Heat butter or olive oil in a skillet and cook marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Pour the sweet & spicy sauce over the chicken, add crumbled feta, and allow it to warm slightly.
