  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (divided)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and optional sesame oil.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté broccoli for 3–4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add remaining oil to the skillet; cook ground chicken with salt and pepper until browned (5–6 minutes).
  4. Stir in minced garlic; cook for another 30 seconds.
  5. Pour the sauce into the skillet; simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  6. Toss broccoli back into the skillet; mix well.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
