  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté chicken pieces seasoned with salt and black pepper until golden brown (6-8 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat; add garlic until fragrant. Stir in honey and remaining black pepper; simmer until thickened.
