  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon dry and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Set aside.
  2. Preheat your broiler and adjust the oven rack to the middle position.
  3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and olive oil. Add minced garlic, water, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, and lemon juice; cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add seasoned salmon to the skillet skin-side down. Cook for about three minutes while basting with the glaze.
  5. Transfer the skillet under the broiler and cook for another 5-6 minutes, basting once more until caramelized.
