  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter (or olive oil)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup honey (or maple syrup)
