  • 4 boneless salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (or 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, finely chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Pinch of paprika
  • 1 lemon, sliced into half-moons

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C/400F and line a baking tray with foil or a silicone mat.
  2. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the tray.
  3. In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, honey, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  4. Pour the sauce over the salmon fillets and arrange lemon wedges around them.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes; then baste the salmon with sauce from the tray.
  6. Continue baking for another 4-7 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
