  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onions and sauté until soft.
  4. Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes followed by half of the meat mixture and half of the cream of mushroom soup mixed with milk. Repeat layers.
