  • 1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes (with juice)
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can cut green beans
  • 1 (15.25 oz.) can corn, drained

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a dutch oven over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic; cook until browned.
  2. Stir in carrots and celery; sauté for about 6-8 minutes until softened.
  3. Mix in Italian seasoning and bay leaf; cook for another minute.
  4. Add potatoes, beef broth, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce; stir well.
  5. Incorporate green beans and corn; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 35-40 minutes until vegetables are tender.
