  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 720ml Chicken Stock
  • 1 large Red Pepper
  • 1 medium White Onion
  • 500g lean Ground Beef
  • 8 Flour Tortilla Wraps
  • Refried Beans
  • Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce: Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan, whisk in flour, and cook until golden brown. Stir in tomato puree and chicken stock along with spices; simmer.
  2. Make the filling: Sauté red pepper and onion, then add garlic and ground beef with seasonings until cooked through.
