  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (or mint)
  • 4 pita bread rounds
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add sliced chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Make the Tzatziki Sauce: In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber (drained), minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped dill or mint, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Add marinated chicken slices and cook until golden brown on both sides (about 5-7 minutes).
