  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Pita bread or naan (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken cubes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
