Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk melted butter, milk, eggs, molasses, grated ginger, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Combine the wet and dry mixtures until just mixed; let the batter rest for about 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat your waffle iron and grease it lightly.
  5. Pour batter into the hot waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crispy (about 5 minutes).
