- 3 dark chocolate squares (1 oz)
- ¾ tsp coconut oil
- 4 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- Prepare a tray lined with baking paper.
- Peel each banana, cut in half, then slice each half lengthwise into quarters.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate squares and coconut oil together until smooth.
